Welcome to OpsSuite, an enterprise SaaS platform operated and powered by Mobilise App Lab Limited (“Mobilise”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OpsSuite platform, including web applications, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using OpsSuite, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
All content, software, design, workflows, modules, and technology within OpsSuite are the exclusive property of Mobilise App Lab Limited or its licensors. This includes:

OpsSuite is a licensed SaaS platform. Access is provided only to authorized users under a valid agreement with Mobilise or its clients. You are responsible for:
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, interfere with platform performance or security, or upload malicious code or harmful content.
All data entered into OpsSuite remains the responsibility of the client organization. Mobilise acts as a data processor and does not claim ownership of client data.
OpsSuite is a paid enterprise SaaS product. Pricing, licensing, and subscription terms are governed by separate commercial agreements. Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment or contract violations.
We strive to ensure high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance and updates, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events.
OpsSuite may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., IoT devices, analytics tools, APIs). We are not responsible for third-party service performance or data handling by third-party platforms.
OpsSuite is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee error-free operation, complete accuracy of analytics or reports, or suitability for every specific business requirement.
Mobilise shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss due to user actions or third-party failures, or business interruptions. Total liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are violated, misuse or security threats are detected, or contractual obligations are not met.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Haryana, India.
